Started poorly and following the opposition's first, Egbertians then gifted a further three goals in the first half.
In the second half Egbertians competed strongly and more than matched the opposition with the half ending scoreless.
It should be noted that the game was played on an an extremely narrow, poor quality 3g artifical pitch and felt like an oversized five a side game. And to top it all there were two wires 8 or 9 foot in the air across the width of the pitch!!
It is no wonder the opposition are top of the league as the set up provides a massive advantage.
In all not really what was expected and did not feel like a "real football game"; a massive disappointment given the long drive to the beautiful setting of Southall.
It should be noted however that, despite the above, Egbertians were truly awful in the first half hour.
