Struggled a bit for fit players this week. Ended up with twelve but two or three of them were carrying knocks and might need to rest for a couple of weeks now. Close fought game which in balance we probably should have won. Good goals from Andy Middleton, Richard Snedker and Steve Hurved in the first half were all cancelled out as we made some small errors at the back that Chigwell did not miss out on.
We came out strong again in the second half and scored after about eight minutes after some good hassling by our forwards. We helped the lead until ten minutes from the end when Chigs broke again to equalise. Everyone was pleased to get in the bar after the rain, wind and hailstones !
