5th Team 1 - 2 Queen Mary

Tried our best but we were just not good enough on the day. We had the first chance of the game, keeper saved well from Dervon Hurde. Queen Mary took the lead 20 minutes into the first half after dominating the first period of the game. We struggled to get out of our own half due to a lack of pace the back and the pressure the opp put us under. Managed to rally the guys and forced Queen Marys to score an own goal early in the 2nd half. We then hit the post and had a couple of half chances. Eddy Tew was outstanding in goal and could do nothing to stop Queen Mary scoring the winning goal on 70 mins.
Proud of the lads but the only slight regret is knowing we can play a lotter better than we did in the final.
