4th Team 6 - 6 Alloysians V

Eg’s went 3-0 down in the first half as the team tried to settle into the game, after a short burst of position a through ball from Nick put Pav in on goal who lobed the keeper with ease and the fight back was on!
The second half was a roller coaster ride starting with another good pass to Pav this time from Hooper, Pav was again in on goal and beating two or three players to eventually bring the game down to one goal. 3-3 after a loose ball found the net and this time the Egs were looking strong, another goal from Pav made it 4-3 and Egs looked like the only team getting points. Two shocking off side decisions put the away side back in front 4-5 and the Egs were again chasing the game. A cross from Peter was powerfully met by CJ who volleyed home to make it 5-5. Another quick break put the opposition once again in the lead and with no time left it looked like the 4th team were going to be robbed of points until a late corner was met by Peter who scored with the last kick of the game to make it 6-6 and the first point of the season for both teams.
