4th Team 1 - 1 Enfield Old Grammarians IV

Egbertians were dominant in the first half and went ahead after 20 mins. Pybus curled a free kick into the box that Parkinson let go through his legs and the keeper could only parry it into the side netting to make it 1-0. Egbertians had a further 3/4 very good chances after some great football to make it 2-0 with Baldwin and Parkinson going close before Holland scored with his head only for the referee to disallow the goal as he did not see the ball cross the line! Enfield managed to claw there way back into the game on the stroke of Half-Time when their striker capitalised on a defensive mistake and smashed the ball past Garrett to make it 1-1. The second half Enfield came out as a different team and Egbertians had to dig in to contain the goal threat Enfield posed. Baldwin and Holland both had half chances to win it but both teams eventually settled for a point.
