We switched this game to Tansley because the PM was called off but then Tansley's pitch was called off as well. The Tansley guys booked an astro and we played on that and split the pitch cost half and half. As far as the game went, we were far superior and a Andy Middleton hatrick within 25 minutes really took the wind out of their sails. They were three down at half time but came out strong in the second half and nicked a scrappy goal. We then pushed on and Steve Hurved grabbed a brace in the second half to finish them off.
Wouldn't want to play on old astro turf every week....it really hurts !!!!!
