A disjointed game with two squad coming together, played out on a poor pitch.
Started with all the 8 3rd team players available. But soon had to change things as they were too weak and decision making around the pitch was poor.
UCL were older and stronger than Egs and some of the 3rds jumped out of tackles etc at vital points in the game.
That said Eggs had the majority of possession in the 2nd half and much more chances.The goals were 4 individual mistakes in reality. The team had more than enough changes in the 2nd half but very very poor decision making and/or composure saw that changes were not converted.
Good bunch of lads but lacking direction/leadership. And a more than a few lads playing in the wrong positions too.
